(1) Optimizing Composition Design to Enhance Corrosion Resistance
The R&D team understood that the corrosion resistance of a material largely depends on its chemical composition. They conducted in-depth research and optimization of the stainless steel alloy ratio. While maintaining the basic properties of stainless steel, the team precisely adjusted the content of elements such as chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and manganese (Mn) to enhance the material’s passivation ability—enabling it to effectively resist corrosion in various environments. After painting, the treated BN1P1 material exhibits significantly improved paint adhesion, effectively preventing issues such as paint peeling or cracking and keeping the door’s appearance intact over time.
(3) Solving Process Challenges to Ensure Product Quality
During R&D, the team also faced process challenges, such as insufficient three-dimensionality of complex embossed patterns and sheet shape rebound. If left unaddressed, these issues would severely affect the product’s appearance and performance. Through repeated tests, the researchers adjusted processing parameters and upgraded equipment to overcome these challenges. For example, by optimizing the design of embossing molds and processing techniques, the three-dimensionality of complex embossed patterns was significantly enhanced, meeting consumers’ demands for personalized and aesthetically pleasing designs. Innovations in sheet shape control technology also effectively resolved rebound issues, ensuring the product’s dimensional accuracy and flatness.
III. Outstanding Performance and Distinct Advantages
(1) Strong Weather Resistance for Versatile Environments
Rigorous testing showed that BN1P1 has excellent weather resistance. Its physical and chemical properties remain stable at extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C, with no deformation or cracking. Whether in the cold winters of northern China or the hot, humid summers of the south, painted doors made from BN1P1 function normally, providing reliable protection for homes.
(2) High Corrosion Resistance for Extended Service Life
